Acceptance

All orders from customers are subject to acceptance by Health Products Sales and its sales executives. No terms and conditions appearing in the customer’s order that are in variance with or contrary to Health Products Sales terms of services shall be compulsory upon Health Products Sales unless particularly consented to in a paper or signed by Health Products Sales.

Payment and Deliveries

All payments need to be paid in USD by available payment gateways such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. The customer is responsible for all the imposed charges like USA sales taxes, excise duty, federal taxes, and payment gateway fees. Due to manufacturer pricing and product availability, the price and stock may vary and Health products Sales reserves all the rights to change everything without any prior notice.

All the delivery processes will start as soon as possible after the payment completion. You need to pay the shipping charge if the order value is less than $50 but most of the time you’re eligible for free shipping if the order value exceeds $50. In the USA region, most of the order takes 3-7 business days to be delivered successfully. However, due to freight & cargo difficulties, it may take longer than the estimated time.

Product Change, Refund, and Return Policy

Product Change: To change or exchange products, there are a few conditions to be matched. Manufacturing fault, a wrong item given by the company, wrong size, or something that is not your fault, we’ll take liability and arrange an exchange delivery. However, a change of mind without any valid reason isn’t acceptable. For any valid reason, the exchange can be made but the customer needs to bear the shipping and exchange charge along with the additional product cost (if any).

Return Policy: Due to health service concerns, you can’t return all your items. You can only return specific items within 30 days of delivery only for specific conditions.

You are eligible for return if only the item is unused, the safety seal intact, undamaged, fresh, unworn, and all the items are in the original packaging. You’re not eligible for return if the items are used, worn, broken seals, damaged, opened, topical solutions, therapies(hot and cold), and customized orders. Refund Policy: Refund is acceptable if only: the product is damaged during delivery, fault in the product, or you never received it within 30 days. For the refund, the product needs to be received first in our warehouse then you’ll receive the refund within 5-7 business days if the items are in fresh, unused, or new condition. Limitations of Liability

In no circumstance shall Health Products Sales be liable for exceptional, indirect, or significant cracks(including failed earnings) from any reason, including without restriction, harms resulting from any unavailability of, fault in, or wrong shipment of items, regardless of whether the supplier has been once informed of the chance of such failure, damages, claim or demand. Health Products Sales liability on any claim for loss, charge, crack, expense, or different liability appearing out of or associated with these terms of services, or any responsibility resulting therefrom, or the manufacture, deal, delivery, resale, restoration, service, or use of any item (containing but not restricted to loss liability occurring from breach of contract) shall in no circumstance surpass the cost of such products affected in such claim.
