How Return Works?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the purchase. If your order exceeds 30 days since your buy, we’re unable to propose you a return or exchange. The return/exchange request should be done from the website within 30 days of purchase including order ID with valid reasons. Please do not send your return request to the manufacturer.
What is Returnable?
To be qualified for retrieval or exchange, your product must be unopened, unbroken safety seal, unused, unworn, free of damages, fresh, and in the same new status that you received it. The item also needs to be in the actual packing along with all the additional accessories(if any).
What is Non-returnable?
There are several classes of items that are classified as not being returned and exchanged. Biodegradable items such as foods, frozen items, and flowers can’t be returned at any cost. The return and exchange also won’t be accepted for goods that are personal and sanitary items, perilous materials, or combustible fluids or gases.
How do I make a return?
For eligibility on returns, all orders/items must meet the return policy requirements. To request a return, please submit your return request from the website or email us at contact@healthproductsales.com or call us at +1-516-596-5267, Monday-Friday from 10.00 am-5.00 pm EST. Requests submitted via email or form are responded to with detailed instructions in 1-2 business days.
When & how will I get my refund?
After receiving the return and refund request, we’ll verify the return request from our end. Once your item is received and checked, we will get back to you via email to inform you that we have your product that is returned. If you are eligible for the refund, your refund will start processing, and the amount will automatically be sent to your card or initial payment method within 3-5 business days. However, we will also inform you of the denial with details of your refund request if it gets rejected.
If you’re eligible for a refund but didn’t receive the refund within 5 business days, first inspect your bank account. Then reach your credit card provider, it may need extra time before your reimbursement is officially initiated. Next, reach your bank as there is usually a period needed for processing before reimbursement is initiated. If you’ve accomplished all of the steps but have not acquired your repayment yet, please contact us.
